 OUR GUARANTEE: Our live bare root plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy and true to species. If any problems are noticed upon arrival, contact us immediately and we will make every effort to remedy the situation. depending on the circumstances of the problem. You have 7 days from the date of arrival to notify us of any problems
We cannot take responsibility for the plants once they leave the box and are planted in the garden. Sorry plants are not returnable. Note: you must follow planting instructions enclosed with your order.

YOUR GUARANTEE: Does not cover your plant shipment if you are not home when the carrier makes the first attempt to deliver your package or spending the weekend in the warehouse because you are not at home when the carrier arrived. We are more than willing to work with you on arrival dates. Let us know if you want your plants shipped at a specific time due to vacation or emergency.

Also not covered are packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses. Your shipping label is created from the address you enter on your shopping cart order form. If the carrier is unable to deliver your package and it is returned to us, the plants will be dead and we can not refund your money or send new plants. Your guarantee does not cover neglect or mishandling after they arrive. Once the plants are in the ground, we cannot assume responsibility for them.

 All ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED EITHER MONDAY OR TUESDAY, to assure that your plants do not spend a weekend in a warehouse or the back of a truck. We will only ship plants to a street address: NO P.O. BOXES. To avoid dead-on-arrival plants, we ship all plants USPS  Priority Mail With/Delivery Confirmation! We believe this is the most reliable and affordable method to insure that your plants arrive in the same excellent condition in which they leave our nursery. .We can not ship any orders to extremely cold climates because the plants may die from cold in transit

 Why we ship bare root? We think shipping soil with these herb plants is unnecessary. Our herb green houses are located in Florida where we have many restrictions on shipping potted plants in soil across borders. Our bare root plants are healthy, good sized divisions which will transplant quickly and easily into your garden or container. Note: all transplants will experience some shock and will need time to adjust after you pot them. With the proper care your plants should fully recuperate in a few weeks.
